TFI were commissioned to provide a Main Contractor Turn Key Service for this Beautiful 2 Bedroom Holiday Let.
We sourced specific materials based on thermal efficiency for the construction of this Annexe to enable the owners to use it all year-round, whilst keeping it cost effective and efficient to run. The combination of highly Insulated levels, under floor heating provided by and ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump), powder coated aluminium windows, finished off in a beautiful larch cladding means this Annexe stays warm in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer.
