Project Description
TFI was involved in the design and carried out the manufacture and erection of 47 apartments providing a fully insulated timber frame superstructure. TFI fitted the windows and doors along with the detail to the floors and party walls, first & second fix carpentry and managed the overall construction of the development for GH Development Ltd. Working in accordance with STA site safe, building regulations and H&S legislation. The Man safe fall arrest system was provided and installed by TFI. A team of 20 subcontractors were used on this project.

We had no hesitation in appointing Timber Frame It SE Ltd to carry out the contractual works at Brennan Road, Tilbury. We have used Gary and his team before, as they are efficient and proactive and have the ability to work on any build schedule which is always complete on time and on budget.
TFI worked closely with our architect, engineers and other subcontractors over the duration of the contract which was completed in 18 months.
