Project Description
This stunning 240m2 3-bedroom home combines sustainability with functionality to provide a secure well rounded family home. TFI provided Full Project Management and a turnkey package on this build which enabled us to provide additional feedback to the client on many aspects of the build. The project involved off-site factory automation, groundworks, kit and erect of frame, full insulation, plumbing, decorating and flooring. The annex was renovated to superior standard backing up all works with the necessary certificates and warranties.

First meeting with your Managing Director (Gary Gates) who was more than happy to meet us at very short notice at the weekend. His obvious pride in his business was quite apparent and his professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach was impressive.
TFI’s approach was very much one of a “can do” attitude. We believe that the outcome of the project would not have been the success that it was without TFI, nor would the costs have been contained as far as they were.
On reflection, had we not found TFI we probably would not have proceeded with the Project at all.
