Our client approached us in 2015 to add a 2 additional floors to an already existing building, to not only provide more space by improving the square footage of the site but also to expand an already growing business to accommodate future demand.
Advanced Scaffolding & Plant hire Ltd, were called in to erect the scaffolding and encapsulate above the first floor with EnviroWrap®, an industrial grade blend of polyethylene heat retractable sheeting, made from a special blend fractional melt resin prior to commencing the works to this building. This process allowed our carpenters to work safely regardless of weather, and protected the surrounding offices following the removal of the existing roof.
