We designed, manufactured and erected the fully insulated timber frame super structure using Framebatt 35 with TLX Silver, comfortably achieving a U-Value of 0.19 on the external walls, and 0.18 on the roof.

We used TFI as they were local, knowledgeable, flexible and approachable. Preliminary discussions helped us to realise our design in the most pragmatic and cost effective way. We received lots of advice during the build process,TFI were Friendly professional and timely, the personnel on site were all well-mannered and keen to affine. We were happy at every stage.
