Gary was a saint, dealing with my plans prior to going to the CAD engineer as I had a big list of items that were in my head and not on the original plans, of which he spent a copulas amount of time getting the details correct, which has proved worthwhile to me, as I now have no fascia, soffits or guttering, all of the above have be concealed within the roof structure, and big spans with no structural beams showing, the insulation package which was bespoken for my requirements is brilliant.
It all happened on time and budget with the fitting team putting up with me on site every day, the men that had erected the frame were all gentlemen and done a fantastic job with all the follow on trades being pleased to work on their exacting standards.
I would be happy to recommend Timber Frame It to anyone who wants a quality job from start to finish.
