Timber Frame It (SE) Ltd can not only build your dream house, but your dream extension. We will undertake all of the engineering and draw a set of CAD panel plans. Like our timber frame new-builds your extension will be super insulated to your specification. We also offer carpentry, glazing and dry-lining/plastering services and working with TFI will assist you with coordinating the follow-on trades efficiently, saving you time and a lot of stress!

Commercial

In addition, we have undertaken a number of new storey/floor extensions on commercial properties where our clients have wanted to expand their premises upwards.

As with extending family homes we know the importance to a business of keeping noise and any other disruptions to an absolute detail. It is likely that at some stage of the build a problem can occur. However, the key lies in the speed of finding solutions, with our engineering and carpentry skills so that the schedule is not affected.

We boast that our garden buildings are some of the greenest, most energy efficient garden buildings around. Our garden buildings are literally miniature versions of the beautiful homes we build using the same high quality wall constructions, insulations and claddings. Even the roofing tiles we use are environmentally friendly, manufactured from recycled bottles to look like natural slate! Now all you have to do is find a use for the extra space!
