Multiple Dwellings / Apartments Blocks
We work closely with a large number of property developers, construction companies and architects which allows us to fabricate and manufacture a wide range of detached, semi-detached, terraced houses, and small to large scale multi-story apartment buildings comprising of 10 or more dwellings per block.
We understand the pressure, stress and the complexity of scheduling a multiple property project and our aim is to establish trust with a close working relationship with you to ensure you receive an excellent all round service and a healthy return on your investment.
Energy Efficient Extensions / Additional Floors
We can not only build your dream house, but also extend your current property to include an extension (planning permitted), additional floors or/and rooms in the roof space. We will undertake all types of engineering and design work to suit your requirements. Like our timber frame new-builds, your extension will be built to the same high standards achieving excellent levels of insulation and the bonus of boosting ‘material credit’ for homes built code 3 and upwards. We can assist or lead on coordinating all follow-on trades through our database of qualified contractors saving you valuable time and money.

Garden Buildings & Annexes
Our garden buildings and annexes are some of the greenest, most efficient buildings in Sussex. Both our annexes and ‘garden buildings’ are miniature versions of the beautiful homes we build using the same wall construction types, insulation and cladding on our new builds. Even the roof tiles we use are environmentally friendly and manufactured from recycled bottles to look like natural slate. A garden building can be used as an outer house, an additional room or as further storage to house a prized possession.
Commercial
We have been commissioned to undertake a number of new ‘additional storey’ and floor extensions on commercial properties, specifically where our clients have been seeking to expand their business premises.
As with extending family homes, we understand the importance to a business of keeping noise and other disruptions to a minimum. The key lies in identifying and pinpointing the clients exact needs and reasons for such extensions at the outset, to ensure we capture the finer details which will allow us to meet the expectations of the business going forward and more importantly our client.
