Project Description
This contemporary and classically styled block of six flats was manufactured, erected and insulated by Timber Frame It for local developers Orchard Estates Ltd.
The robust party wall detail included a combination of two 90mm timber stud walls filled with Warmcel 500 separated by a 50mm wall cavity. This particular type wall was specifically requested by the client and endured a number of sound and watertight tests which all passed with flying colours.
We used Cellecta DECKfon ScreedBoard 28 for the flooring on this project. Being a new material used by TFI, we researched and vigorously tested the product and was impressed with its benefits, it passed the sound test and is now product we offer within our products.
