Timber Frame It provided a main contractor turnkey service for the additional floor & vaulted roof on top of the existing structure. TFI worked with the owner and Architect, using our simple but effective insulation detail to achieve efficient low U-values for this bespoke energy efficient home.

Gary made time to answer queries at design and specification stage, to discuss possibilities, even before going out to tender. Demolishing the roof of our house could have been a recipe for disaster but TFI have made the whole experience as stress free as possible with their experience and organised approach. They were patient at discussing technical issues and worked hard to achieve the best results with attention to detail and dealing with any hurdles as a matter of course. Without exception, the TFI workforce and that of all the other trades were great. Nothing was ever too much trouble and revisions were accounted for in a totally transparent and fair way. Very efficient, organised, helpful and on budget. I recommend TFI without hesitation.
